Shipping Policy

At High Performance Orthotics, each orthotic device is custom fabricated specifically for the individual customer to ensure optimal fit, comfort, and performance.

  • Orders are processed after all required measurements, prescriptions, or customization details are received.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days for fabrication prior to shipment.
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each orthotic is custom fabricated specifically for the individual customer, returns are not accepted.

If you experience any issues with fit, comfort, or performance, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the concern and determine whether adjustments or modifications are appropriate.


Lifetime Warranty

All orthotics include a lifetime warranty on the shell. This warranty covers structural defects in the orthotic shell under normal use conditions.

  • Normal wear and tear (including top covers and padding)
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper care
  • Loss or theft

If you believe your orthotic qualifies for warranty evaluation, please contact our office for instructions before returning any product.
