How it Works?

STEP 1
Take a 1-Minute Quiz
Customers begin by completing the quiz at highperformanceorthotics.net, which helps identify potential issues and needs.

STEP 2
Get Your Impression Kit
A foam impression kit is mailed to the customer. Instructions and video guidance are provided to create accurate impressions.

STEP 3
Receive Your Orthotics
The impressions are returned using the included packaging. Within approximately three weeks, custom orthotics are delivered via FedEx.
Proper Use
Customers should insert the orthotics into a supportive pair of shoes and remove the stock insole before use to ensure proper fit and comfort.
Support
Customers can reach out directly for assistance via email or telephone, and we will do our best to respond promptly and provide guidance.
Shipping & Returns
Orthotics include a lifetime warranty on the shell.
Because each orthotic is custom fabricated specifically for the individual customer, returns are not accepted.
